ADP Digital Seismic Premonition Observation Network System
ADP digital seismic premonition observation network system is a set of current digital seismic premonition data acquisition and processing system. It is made up of sensors, digitizers, collectors, other specific devices and ADP system software.
It can record continuously the datas of many seismic premonition station, have a dynamic integrative, digital, automatic and comprehensive observation to the seismic premonition datas.
The seismic premonition stations of ADP system can be unattended. Data collection can be either automatic or manually controlled. The system supports several kinds of transfer modes, e.g., telephone, Internet and VPN.
The system supports station remote management, including getting and setting working parameters. MapSIS, an earthquake precursor analysis and forecast software promoted by China Seismological Bureau, can use the data of the system transparently.
Functions & Characteristics:
1. Digital, automatic and comprehensive observation, That is to say, ADP system is a synthetical, digital, automatical network system.
Synthesis means that one station can have many measures. Some stations have measures of 3 catalogs and can get more complete data of seismic prefiguration.
Digitalism means that all and the data are stored, and transmitted, and processed in digital format. It is the foundation for computer processing.
Automatical network means that the observation of measures is automatic, and the data can be shared by stations and center. It may enhance the reliability of data. ADP system is a general-purpose system that can collect and process seismic prefiguration data. It has following characteristics.
2. Excellent compatibility. Except the sensors provided by the system itself, sensors from other manufacturers can be incorporated in the system, as long as they follow the professional standard promulgated by China Seismological Bureau.
3. The stations of the system can be unattended. Data collection can be either automatic or manually controlled.
4. The system supports several kinds of transfer modes, e.g., telephone, Internet and VPN.
5. The system supports station remote management, including getting and setting working parameters.
6. The software system, based on B/S/D structure, can provide web service.
7. MapSIS, an earthquake precursor analysis and forecast software promoted by China Seismological Bureau, can use the data of the system transparently.
8. CTU unit can accept sensors that conform the “standard”. And it is connected to the center via the Internet or VPN. Users can manage their sensors via CTU unit.
